TOBROCO-GIANT is proud to announce the launch of its new series of vibratory plate models at Bauma 2025, the world’s leading trade fair for construction machinery. This series, consisting of 14 new models, is designed to deliver high compaction performance and includes gasoline, diesel, and electric drives. Key features of the new generation GIANT vibratory plates:
Durable Cast Iron Base Plate
The vibratory plates feature a robust cast iron base plate, ensuring exceptional durability and outstanding performance, even under the most demanding conditions.
Easy operation
GIANT vibratory plates are equipped with a steel handle at the front and ergonomic plastic handles on the sides, making transport easy.
Protective frame and lifting eye
A sturdy frame with a plastic cover protects the engine from potential damage and includes an integrated lifting eye for easy and safe transport.
Optional water tank and sprinkler system
For asphalt and soil compaction where dust reduction is required, the optional 12-liter water tank ensures even water distribution across the entire width of the base plate. The tank can be attached or removed without tools, and the water flow is controlled via an ergonomically placed tap.
Cyclone air filter
A cyclone air filter captures coarse particles before they reach the engine’s air filter, significantly reducing the frequency of cleaning or replacement (all models except the entry-level GP 1345).
Vibration-damping handlebar
The vibration-damping handlebar enhances user comfort by reducing the impact of vibrations on hands and arms, allowing for smooth, precise control even in tight spaces.
Foldable transport wheels
Standard on all models: the foldable transport wheels ensure effortless transport on the construction site. They lock securely in place during use and fold up for easy transport.
Stationary function
For added convenience during short breaks, the vibratory plate can stop vibrating while the engine continues to run, minimizing downtime without the need to completely shut down the machine. The gasoline model features an on/off switch, while the diesel model has a stop button.
Emission-free solutions
In addition to models with conventional drives, GIANT also offers electric vibratory plates that deliver the same high performance but are completely emission-free. Perfect for enclosed spaces and environmentally sensitive areas, these electric models offer:
- A powerful lithium-ion battery, interchangeable with GIANT’s electric compaction equipment.
- Up to 28 minutes of continuous operation on a single charge, with 80% of the battery capacity restored within an hour.
- No engine noise, ideal for urban areas.
- The electric drive requires minimal maintenance due to the few moving parts.
